Delete your account

Naja7 provides deletion directly inside the app.

1. Sign in to the Naja7 account.
2. Open the side menu, then open Account.
3. Scroll down and choose Delete account.
4. Read the warning, enter the displayed confirmation word, and confirm.

What is deleted

The authentication account, profile, chat history, messages, uploaded question images, profile image, and usage records owned by the account are permanently deleted. Server security logs and purchase records required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance may be retained only for the necessary period.

Accounts for students under 13

The parent or guardian who created the account can use the same in-app process.

Need help?

Email naja7.support@gmail.com from the address associated with the account. Do not send a password or verification code. The in-app deletion flow remains the fastest option.

Beta note: The public hosting URL and final legal review must be completed before store distribution.
